Guaranteed Quality Warranty

Helman Bros. provides a lifetime limited warranty on repairs performed by the shop.  This warranty is valid only for as long as you directly own the repaired vehicle as shown on the original invoice/work order.  This is a labor only, fragmented lifetime limited warranty, stipulations relating to each part are stated following:

• Helman Bros. provides a lifetime limited warranty on all metalwork, to include welding and materials used in making the repairs against cracking, flaking, or deterioration, excluding rust repairs.  HBBS will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs any metal work warranty unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

• Helman Bros. provides a lifetime limited warranty on painting related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing and excessive loss of pigmentation.  HBBS will reprime, repaint, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted (excluding rust repair), at it sole option unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.  Paint warranty is valid only over original factory finishes that are free of defect.

• Helman Bros. provides a lifetime limited warranty on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to the original collision damage, excluding suspension, air-conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components.  HBBS will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, at its sole option, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

• Helman Bros. provides a lifetime limited warranty on parts unless Manufacturer warranty is less, on new OEM parts installed by or at the HBBS, excluding suspension, air conditioning or other electrical components. (Note: HBBS warranty does not exceed Manufacturer warranty in length of time or content.)  HBBS will repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby, at its sole option, unless caused by or damaged resulting form unreasonable use, maintenance, and care of the vehicle.

This written warranty shall be null and void if repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized directly in writing by HBBS.  This warranty is not transferable.

Specifically Excluded:

• Incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by warranty, nor consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during repair.

• Rust, surface rust, rust through, and or damage caused by rusting interior or exterior panels is not covered.

• Claims must be reported directly to HBBS management, the vehicle will be examined upon a mutually convenient time and if found warranty is in effect, then repairs will be completed in a timely fashion.  The original payee will be obligated for supplementary costs to repair items beyond the original repair. Customer must have copy of the itemized final bill and proof of direct ownership of the vehicle in question.  Any and all warrantable repairs, adjustments, or inspection made only at the premises of HBBS during normal business hours.
